LBS will not be privatize, because Tan Sri is a champion of the Chinese community. He is actively fostering relationship with China counterpart to seek investment partner. Most foreign investment prefer to deal to public listed Company than private. So till that end LBS will not privatize. Also, in order to privatize, it will require huge capital and LBS need to prioritise their cash flow on Kwasa Damansara.
