UEM Sunrise与AME达成一项价值4.343亿令吉的交易，批量出售依斯干达公主城南部工业及物流集群的72块工业用地。
吉隆坡，2020 年 12 月 30 日– 马来西亚领先的房地产开发商之一 UEM Sunrise Berhad（“UEM Sunrise”或“公司”）今天签署了多项最终协议，将位于南部工业和物流集群 (SiLC) 第三期的 72 块永久产权工业用地出售给工业园区专家 AME Elite Consortium Berhad (AME) 的全资子公司，总对价为 4.343 亿令吉。



这些协议是与 Pentagon Land Sdn Bhd 和 Greenhill SILC Sdn Bhd 签署的。



UEM Sunrise 首席绩效交付和商业官 Anuar Kasim 表示，此次出售将开启 UEM Sunrise（依斯干达公主城的土地所有者和总开发商）与 AME（一家在定制大型制造工厂建设以及工业园区的设计建造和开发方面享有盛誉的专家）之间的战略合作。



“我们相信，与AME的此次合作将成为依斯干达公主城发展总体规划的又一催化剂，尤其是在加速SiLC的增长和发展方面。这将对快速发展的依斯干达公主城产生积极影响，提升周边社区的生活品质。”



“这项交易还将为该地区创造新的商业和就业机会。此外，它还有助于营造良好的经济环境，从而刺激对UEM Sunrise南部房地产产品的需求，”他说道。



预计此次出售将在未来三到四年内稳步增加 UEM Sunrise 集团的收益，所得款项将用于公司的战略举措，包括新的土地储备机会。



“经历了受新冠疫情、多次封锁和国际边境关闭等因素影响的充满挑战的一年后，我们非常高兴能够以这一强有力的合作伙伴关系来结束2020年，这不仅对双方都有利，而且还将把依斯干达公主城推向更高的高度，”安努尔补充道。



在依斯干达公主城发展总体规划的催化性发展项目中，包括综合工业园区的开发，其中 SiLC 是重要组成部分。



随着SiLC一期和二期地块售罄，与AME的合作将加快三期的开发进程，因为UEM Sunrise将直接与工业园区专家对接，而非与多家地块买家对接。AME已通过最终协议承诺收购SiLC三期剩余的全部工业用地。
