Update info - Mark (CTOS)*

CTOS was initially expected to return to normal between the 21st and 23rd of this month. However, it was hacked again, causing further delays. According to the latest update, CTOS is now expected to return to normal in December.

讲到好像cbm，experian, ccris在安全事件发生之前不存在。如果ctos真的那么没有价值他的revenue也不会一直创新高。ctos马来西亚业务如果没有安全事件它还是保持得很好，只是profit 方面管理层控制不好而已
