Every public-listed companies has what they so-called a 5 year roadmap. In their 5 year roadmap, they renew their business plan and launch several initiatives. In these initiatives, they have specific programs to make sure they achieve their objectives & goals. This usually happens when a company has new ownership or leadership. That depends on who is taking over or taking the lead. If the new leader has international business experience, he can bring the company to greater height.
