Update info - Mark (CTOS)*

CTOS was initially expected to return to normal between the 21st and 23rd of this month. However, it was hacked again, causing further delays. According to the latest update, CTOS is now expected to return to normal in December.

Ctos之前只是部分有税务减免哦，所以盈利不至于因为税务回到正常税务而减少那么多。但被hack事件导致顾客流失所减少的永久性收入就不清楚了。大投资者在倒货或许是好事，把票换手。换给那些愿意注入新资金，愿意推股价的大咔们。
