Good sign about changed CFO?

There are many reason why one left their company. Pursue their own personal ambition is one of them. But its important to note that how the COMPANY react to this change. Current GCEO, an interim at the moment, Mr. Loh Kok Leong has been with the COMPANY since IPO. He is a highly respected financier. He had several major roles in 3 other companies and one of them was Khazanah Nasional Berhad. He is also one of the founder of another major shareholder in the company. He is what we call, M&A specialist.
The changes could be a deliberate "changing of the guard" to bring in a completely new team to execute a different, more aggressive, or more conservative strategy.
Whenever this happens to a company, I know there is only one way they go. That way is UP.

Hailat. Both CEO and CFO resigned together. Something fishy. Better run first.

CTOS still can operate normally without CEO and CFO?

Yes, they can. There are public-listed company. They have succession plan in place. Erik Hamburger is a Colombian. He was employed to set up CTOS especially on credit reporting. But his expertise is mainly in operation. If CTOS wants to grow further, CTOS needs M&A specialist. That's where Mr Loh comes in. CFOs come and go. People behind CFOs are the ones the backbone of the company.
We BUY when other ppl RUN.
