recently (since last year) he picked some semi conductor stocks, and due to AI booming causing semi-cond stocks are on fire.

One of the best performamce semi conductor stock picked by Icap is KGB. He picked this stock eaely in Year 2020 at roughly RM 0.70 per share, today this stock is RM 8.xx

I also followed him bought in KGB, but couldn't hold long and sold very early

He (TTB) wants to, but present condition doesnt not allow him to do so, because if no dividend, icap share not attractive. so in order to encourage pp buying icap shares, he amended the co dividend policy

1% × NAV + 8% × 折价额
1% × 4.32 = 0.0432
8% × 1.89 = 0.1512
合计 = 0.1944 RM = 19.44仙
殖利率 = 19.44 ÷ 243 = 8.00%

按最新数据(RM4.32 NAV, RM2.43股价, 折价RM1.89)套用ICAP的股息公式——1% NAV + 8%折价——算出来是:
