Those 'clean' tenderers had spent so much time and money wading through piles and piles of contract drawings and tender documents in order to churn out the unit cost of each item but ultimately got outbid by those corrupt bidders. With this in mind, I doubt very much they will let the case die of natural death.....
Main concern will be those tenderers who have supposedly submitted their lowest tenders, that is devoid of bribery. Ultimately, they may file lawsuit against the relevant party or parties.....
