base on history revenue and profit, this should be fair at 0.40-0.49 at year 2011, but the dividend pay out track back to 2011 this are still at risk even 0.40, as the share capital had been very much diluted

stuck at upper Bollinger band, possible to pull back to middle BB, even the macd signal are buy signal but unfortunately it's still at negative zone, so any buy signal will consider rebound
