Banks (IMF) will always win and Bumiputera PNB is the biggest loser after the consolidation. With Petros disputes over Petronas, surely there is something that can bring benefit to SAP in future and as well as the institution investor.
They are still robbing the government money through PNB. PNB approves consolidation because they are just following orders too. Sapura is the company that "liat" to bayar hutang by playing loss. They got a lot of projects overseas and the hutang is just a small amount. They awarded a 7.3bil contract with 80% going to the bumiputera (proxies) enterprise. Just move on la Malaysia, this sector is downsizing, and focuses on new economic sources, cannot save it by helping this lanun company.
Boleh untung 11% pun dah lega. sekarang ni orang dah pandai semua, institusi luar pun tak masuk malaysia, institusi local dah sangkut banyak, pelabur runcit tak mampu nak tolak harga.
