上周，UEM Edgenta Bhd（KL: EDGENTA）董事会决定提呈一项建议，拟进行选择性资本削减（Selective Capital Reduction，SCR）及回馈计划，以每股RM1.10的价格向公司股东回购股份。
该提案是最大股东 UEM Group Bhd 发起的一项企业行动的核心，目的是将 Edgenta 私有化（delist）。
该 SCR 方案需要获得出席并投票的独立股东中至少75%的赞成票，同时反对票不得超过10%，方可通过。
由于没有任何单一股东持有足够的股份来阻止该交易，UEM Group 很可能能够顺利获得所需的批准，完成私有化。
