看到业绩报告，公司有钱就买地，有钱就继续发展，股息虽然少少，但真的被低估了，可是未来潜能要等机会爆发才可以。比如说股票数量有更多的流通性，基金才会买入，或是派息更大方一点也可以让股价有一点催化的作用。

公司的生意不怕没有，就是怕成本太高而已，但公司已经实行2024 -2029成本节制计划，接下来要继续监督管理层的能力了。
