iniatially maybe 0.6 cent .when all section completed ...later may up 0.2 cent ...plus 2010 last qtr tol collection is rm1 billion ..if wcehb have 10 % of plus revenue then every qtr have 0.1 billion on tol collection

2. good cash flow for the company
3. gov will push the project to complete early
4. good for retailer share holder .no right isuue is required
5. Bank pembagunan malaysia believe the project will earning money
