the question is whether the 200 mil owed to MOT is material announcement that should be informed to Bursa.. if it is and not being done, then it is a an offence... not sure what SC and MSWG take on this...
everytime this useless CFO name is on the announcement, the share price sure drop kaw kaw... just resign and go... no need give suee to the company.. LOL..
