ASM Automation Group Bhd's subsidiary, Arrow Systems Sdn Bhd, is acquiring a 99-year leasehold plot with a factory in Mukim Hulu Kinta, Perak, for RM2.0 million. The company plans to demolish the existing structure to construct a new facility, funded by RM7.90 million in IPO proceeds, with the project slated for completion between Q1 2027 and Q2 2029.
