The Board of Directors of Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“the Company” or “DNeX”) wishes to announce that Innovation Associates Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (“IAC”), a subsidiary of the Company had on 18 June 2025  accepted the letter of acceptance from the Ministry of Finance (“MoF”) in relation to the Maintenance Services and Application Support Services for the iGFMAS System (“the Project”).

 

The tenure of the Project is for a period of sixty (60) months from 18 June 2025. The total value of the Project
