Hi Tee, reason is all creador company's are overpriced with low or no-growth or even negative growth when IPO for example CTOS was IPO at PE50 (or some other high number) all the "fun" managers who bought the stock is underwater. Market might even speculate that these "fun" managers receive kickbacks for using investor/depositors money to subscribe at these crazy valuations
It is noted that many recent IPO's (as at 9 May 2025) have underperformed and even dropped by double digits on it's first day of trading and yet EcoShop still managed to be subscribed at such a high PE...Uncle can only say no thanks and will never touch creador stocks they IPO to exit and sell to the next fool (see Greater Fool Theory)
Heng Win people can be presented with the same facts and yet come to wholly different conclusions. The major shareholders Creador are reducing their stakes substantially, and the only reason they sell is simply because there is not much growth left. Ask yourself if there is significant future growth, would you reduce your stake at the IPO when the (primary) purpose of an IPO is to raise funds for growth instead of selling out. US market surging Eco Shop might have good sentiment on opening date and near term. Hope all subscribers know what to do... The fact that it has to cut listing price despite having 10 "cornerstone investors" and the fact that it is only 0.96 overall oversubscribed by retail (and undersubscribed by Bumiputera portion) tells you everything you need to know. Uncle hope it won't be like CTOS after drop till mother can't recognise still trading at PE22.5
Looks like what Uncle predicted is coming true. Open 1.25 closed 1.20 on first day and today continue drop. Uncle hope retailers had sold on first day as uncle had advised earlier

Yes wsy Uncle understand what u saying but Uncle saying since IPO not the current period... Creador's IPO's are exits where the listing companies are at the saturated stage with little meaningful growth left
