This amended announcement is issued for the amendment made on Item No. 6 (Proposed/Declared dividend per share (Subunit)) in the summary of key financial information for the financial period ended 31 March 2025 and the first page of the consolidated statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income for the second quarter ended 31 March 2025 as follows: - Individual Period (Current Year Quarter - 31 Mar 2025): Nil - Cumulative Period (Current Year To Date - 31 Mar 2025): 2 Sen The amendment is necessary to ensure consistency in the disclosure of the proposed or declared dividend in the summary of key financial information in accordance with the respective quarter in which the board of directors of the Company approved the dividend payment. Save for the above amendments, all other information in the announcement dated 27 May 2025 remains unchanged. |
