As announced by the Company on 25 February 2025, the Company has changed its financial year end from 31 December to 30 June ("Change of FYE"). The Change of FYE is to enhance resources planning and to improve the management of audit and annual reporting in the future.
Hence, the next set of audited financial statements shall be made up from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2025, covering a period of 18 months and subsequently the financial year shall end on 30 June. |
