Approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares was obtained on 11 March 2025. Shareholders approval for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 17 April 2025. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on 6 May 2025, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date. The Share Registrar of CHGP will issue and despatch notices of allotment to all entitled shareholders of CHGP within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
