OCR Group Bhd, recorded a 69.1 percent year-on-year increase in Profit Before Tax (PBT) to RM6.2 million for the fourth quarter ending 31 December 2025 (Q4 FY2025), compared to RM3.7 million in the previous period.

This exceptional performance was primarily driven by the recognition of progress from the Rumah Selangorku project, namely Residensi Akasia (Kyra Collection) in Shah Alam, as well as completed unit sales from Isola KLCC and The Mate @ Damansara Jaya.
