Meanwhile, YTL Power International Bhd (KL:YTLPOWR) is also shortlisted with an LSS farm of 100MW capacity planned in Kelantan, according to sources.

In total, the EC has shortlisted 13 LSS projects with total capacity of 1,975MW, including one of Malaysia's largest floating solar projects with 200MW capacity.

Like previous bid rounds, the LSS farm will supply electricity to the grid for 21 years upon commissioning. They are targeted for completion by 2027 and 2028, according to an earlier....
