Always a target for corporate raiders.... MKH is sitting on a GEM waiting to be polish....
we shall question them during AGM and hope for the best... I do not think Mainland Chinese businessmen can be that mundane and unresponsive... all of China rose up and stayed strong, proven through centuries of systemic dynasties...
the company is only valued at MYR27m as a whole, to control it, only need MYR13.4m /50%, inside the company got cash above RMB15m and property & building worth RMB86m..... no liability... share price should be above 6-7 cents to avoid hostile takeover...

Interesting strategy by the company to do a revaluation of the property & take a heavy impairment loss. But why? it seems like they are going to pledge it to the bank to get good financing facility for the business. This is actually great because it kills 2 birds with 1 stone. The moment the property market recover, not only the company can use the cash provided by the bank, they will a) incur lesser interest to the bank and can b) reverse the impairment to reflect a better balance sheet @ as a gain in the income statement. Somehow, i think some people do not appreciate quantum arithmetic, 2 to 3 points in this counter will propel your profit higher then other counters dealing in higher prices.... MYR10k in this counter will make excellent profit if it moves 2 to 3 points, unlike MYR10k in a counter (price 1.00), 2 to 3 points will make peanuts
