Some catalysts for Hektar Reits:

✅ The interest rate was reduced by 0.25%. Bad for banks but good for REITs because lower loan repayments can lead to higher dividend payments.

✅ Many tourists visiting historic Melaka after Fan Bing Bing became the ambassador. This will benefit Mahkota Parade too.

✅ RON95 fuel price reduced to RM1.99 and no increase in toll prices will stimulate driving in domestic tourism.

✅ Additional RM100 cash subsidy to boost consumer purchasing power.
