Typically reits’ declared dividends divided into 3 portions i.e. taxable, non-taxable & exempted. For residents (Malaysians) we pay 10% tax rate on the taxable dividend. The Reit company would deduct the tax and pay the shareholders net amount (credit into bank account). It would show in details on the dividend notice. You could find the relevant info in the Quarterly Result reports too.
