As at 11/11/2025, GENT only has 54.509% of GENM, and eight trading days left before the Nov-24 deadline. Also, if the foreign funds buying GENM, reported by NST, are not Uncle Lim's friends, the prospect of delisting does not look good:)

Very high chance of vto failing at 1st attempt. Can see that some Gent share holder are worried. Not only Gent and uncle Lim buying in open market but foreign fund also buying. Very likely need to offer higher price to be successful.

+1 .. 云顶拿到75% 也不能够马上delist, 因为只要10%股东在 genm EGM反对，delist 就不能执行。 不急，就算delist, 云顶必须给股东2.35 cash offer 退出机会。
