Plus highway 2011 tol collection rm 1 Billion per qtr....on completion wcehb can get 15% of rm1 Billion ?..THINK ..if yes then is rm150 million per qtr
It is not so simple... to compare WCE & Plus toll collection. WCE highway in Selangor having high traffic of heavy vehicles where Toll charge is 3 times higher than passenger cars. WCE has a good prospect but have to wait for about 2 years to see the fruit!
