genting isn't your typical technical counter. told u already that it won't make any senses as it is controlled and manipulated by the bosses. it s all depend on the boss. he s the one to decide whether to open big, small or triple 6 regardless of trend or technical or biz.
the question to ask now is what the boss really want? telan the whole GenM for himself and family or plan to telan the Genting Group as well at low valuation? he already successfully offloaded the whole Empire group to GenM. what s next for him?

rate cut started to effect on Q1 2026 and GENS already recover... FLNG... contribute on Q3 ...it definitely looking good in the future... for me ..the current price quite deeply undervalued... maybe wait for GENS qe first
been in d market for many years and I noticed a similar pattern whenever the bosses wanna manipulate the price. they always have this impairment accounting to either lift up the profits or widen the losses. another tool is by incurring higher tax expenses as they always have this deferred taxes in their book.
Actually simple question... Lkt want to fully privatise Genm... If the price shoot up to RM3....Is difficult for him to privatise..look at RWNY licence announce... why did LKT put both news on the same date... the main reason...LKT already plan long time ago to privatise Genm ..and this year his dream will come true ..
unsure if he has planned it much earlier or only got the idea later in 2025 as he and family didnt acquiredl any GenM shares back in March/April 2025 when the price dropped below rm1.50. but who knows, he may uses his proxy to do so and sold it back to Gent for 2.35. if you observed, it only fall short of less than 1.5% now from 75% for it to trigger takeover offer but there seem to be no actions since 1st Dec. what s the boss really thinking and market hates uncertainty.
