The whole things look dubious. First, there was share split. Then bonus shares. They diluting their shares. To me, they increasing their number of shares owned. They do this for a numerous of reason. Get more income from dividend. Or they can sell them to new buyers.
GCB price dropped. Someone is purposely driving GCB price down. Made several attempts to break 1.18 BUT fail. Finally, they issued a notice on their intent to sell their shares. Thats explained it all. They are negotiating, I think. Buyers are looking for attractive price. We are now trading at lower price range. We dont know how much lower it is going to get.
