Looking at the current grim economy and market volatility. Don't have high hopes of a rebound until 4Q25 or 1Q25.

There are a few high value prospect projects that need to be secured by LBS to re-attract big investors:

1) LOI with CGWIC & PKNP to develop Spaceport in Pahang

2) MOU with Sabah state to develop 10GW hydrogen plant.

3) MOU with Oriental Holdings to develop a mixed development worth RM 7 billion GDV in Melaka

4) MOU with Melaka state on land reclamation projects
