The Board of Directors of LBS Bina Group Berhad (“LBS” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 15 May 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Oriental Holdings Berhad (“OHB”) for the proposed joint venture of the development on all that pieces and or parcels of land with total areas measuring approximately 561 acres in Klebang, Melaka (“Development Land”).
