Hi again Tee welcome to Greatech. It works this way - US tariffs means that US companies want to return manufacturing back to the US. Greatech makes machines for manufacturing these products, and it so happens that their main revenues come from the US. So Greatestech will benefit ha ha ha ha ha
US tariffs on Malaysia is only at 24% compared to much higher in many countries...and if the US manufacturers use China equipment, then with the China tariffs at 145% (245%!), the demand will shift to other manufacturers like Greatech
Orangeman and citizens will not be able to absorb the current tariffs and thus has said it will be cut (reports say by 50%). However, even at half it will still be substantially higher than MY (note: currently MY Minister in US to negotiate)
Also you must understand it is the US intention to bring back manufacturing to the US whether Dem or Rep (see Biden's policies)
