Do announcement for variation of utilization of proceeds raised got what use? The Arch has been completed? Cakap 2 Dec 24 and within 3 months of completion the fitting out of the Arch will be completed. So the Arch Sudah siap?

So funny, Q3 announcement the Arch will be completed in 2024, Q4 announcement suddenly revert back to 2023. So which is the correct date?
