Perodua has taken a commanding lead with 31,382 vehicles registered in February, representing a sizeable 38.3% jump over the previous month. That’s almost three times its nearest challenger, Proton, which sold just 11,068 vehicles. Its 54,627-unit year-to-date figure paints a similar picture, being far more than double its fellow national carmaker’s 20,756 units.

With EVs and hybrids gaining traction, is Malaysia ready for an xEV future?
perodua EV is built from scratch by perodua. unlike other brands they just rebrand the models. Perodua EV will be our country's pride just like proton saga if successfully launched and have a great response from consumers.
Now, Chery Malaysia has announced via a Facebook reel that it's offering the Omoda E5 at RM98,818 - an incredible RM48k off!
Just like the earlier RM27k drop, this deal should cover 2024 models only, and you'll take home an AC wallbox charger worth RM3,500, a vehicle-to-load (V2L) adaptor worth RM500, plus RM1,000 charging credits.
