Why is the stock price not increasing? I thought it would gradually increase. It has been hovering at the same price for many years.

Bought lots of assets lately . Cost went up due to acquisition. Doing private placements also cause dilution. Have to be patient. When there is more and more rental income collected due to the increasing assets, the dpu will soon improve and so will the prices.
