see their ceo comment, lisence will be obtains VERY SOON. then can start mining, nice 100m market cap while bahvest 800m, BUT NICE HAS LARGER LEASE MINING AREA THAN BAHVEST. can look at their JORC geology report in their website. RM1.50 NICE!!

But in the announcement of May , it says that the mining will start in the third quarter but until now the contract have not been signed. Hopefully it can get in done by this quater as the gold price has risen , hope the best for niche
