4. PROSPECTS OF KHMV

KHMV operates 2 factories in Vietnam which are located in Thang Long Industrial Park in Hanoi and Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park in Hai Phong City respectively, that undertake sheet metal forming precision machining and assembly of components for electronics, automotive and other industries. KHMV has been servicing companies, including multinational corporations, which are operating within these industrial parks since 2006.

KHMV has a proven track record in servicing its customers’ needs in view of the long-term relationships with its customers over the past 19 years.

Following the increase in FDI in the manufacturing sector in Vietnam for the last 10 years, the Board anticipates continuous demand for metal parts and components for product assembly by companies within these industrial zones in Vietnam, which will benefit KHMV moving forward.

In view of the above and KHMV’s track record, the Board is optimistic that the future prospects of KHMV will be favourable.
