Find stocks that offers potential growth e.g bought new land to build new factory, venture into new viable business by taking over other companies and etc..
I suggest you take a look at BSL Corp factory. Its neighbour has bigger factory. Its neighbour is Pvt Ltd. They make money using their own money.
