If 4Q22 can make Rm10 millions, dividend for May, 23 announcement will be 3.5 cents. The calculation was based on total annual profit of Rm50 millions or 14.5 cents per annum or 35% for dividend policy, 3.5 cents will be distributed.

Non cash item, car park value at Rm28 millions, i think was not taking into considering in profit for dividend. Never mind, some one will buy up the share soon.
