Becuz they are brother.
Yes they are different than serbadk

But major shareholder is dato karim
Tats a problem.
Now bursa and sc are very focusing on this issue.
Although ceo is mustakim, but the big boss there is dato karim.
Although tis company might not involved in auditor issue.
But the reputation ordy dropped.
Thus tis time private placement duno adequate money for target or not.
Affect quite lots

So future really hard to foreseen
