hahaha.. common sense sikit la.. cant do business by just your common sense.. habis loh macam itu.. compare with previous, company are more aggressive on project winning..

yes, no doubt SCIB got 2 LOA from SDIL, but that doesn't mean that they have the issue for SCIB. Basically SCIB have own management team and BOD and only have office at malaysia.. also the management are more trustable compare with others after run a quick background check..
