14.4%股份给了他的家人，没有说给了是几个人，所以如果给了4个人刚好每个人股份不超过5%的话就不用向市场报备交易讯息，静静出完货了再低价买回来，既可以高位套利，也可以低价买回稳定公司控制权

大股东想出货又不想披露给市场知道通常都是用这种九拐十八弯的招，还有看清楚告示，是转让给他的亲人个人名下，不是setup名下，只是这些亲人同时在setup任职罢了，只要每个亲人持股不超过x%就不用向市场报备交易，讲明了就是大股东分散股票来出货，就不用给市场知道，就不会引起恐慌
