●BCM联合（BCMALL,0187,创业板工业产品服务组）收购保健品销售公司51%持股的计划告吹。

该公司去年9月宣布，已和Foodict公司3名股东签下意向书，先收购25%股权，另向大股东李明辉、李清风和小股东许逢泽（人名音译）收购26%股权。

根据最新文告，在期限延长到周一（1日）后，双方协议条件依然无法达成，因此决定取消上述计划。
